Weekly Photo: Looking through the Blockhouse

I've been spending a few weeks in Simon's Town, South Africa, and had the opportunity to hike up to a military blockhouse used in the 19th Century to defend the Simon's Town naval harbour. Got to see the perspective of a soldier as he gazed across the bay looking for enemy ships.
